Ps...I seriously hope you had help moving it into position Philip.

Sending big :imphrt: a h hope you soon feel like getting u and about soon Philip. Nice TV and stand ... ae you watching anything in particular. When I am watching TV alone (during the day when J is off doing his thing) I like nature and wildlife programmes on National Geographic Channel, Discovery or Odesseia (latter Spanish/Portuguese). Take care. Vxx

Spread out on the couch and looking around is as bad as being in the garden,..must move this and that,..must get another sofa and move the big plant for more space,..so decided to get another couch,..a grey two seater,..drove to the store but went into the wrong shop,..spent some time looking for the stairs to the furniture dept before it hit me,..wrong store,..then spotted a selection of stretch covers,..they never appealed to me as they were flimsy,..however what i was looking at were very strong recycled plastic and in grey,..only 40 euro,..saved money as the couch was 250euro,..its still got a few crinkles from the packing,..not sure if Foxy Molly is pleased from her expression.

Well done of the savings buying a sofa cover. I got a stretch cover for an upright tatty leather chair I use at my dresser, in a grey suede-like fabric. Got it on e-bay from China. Also got four velvet-like stretch covers for the dining chars in Royal Blue. The dining chairs are new but white as it is a white kitchen. Love the toys ... yours or Foxy Molly's ... or both?

i really like the big rocks in your friend's border. That is what I did here.

Hi Victoria,..you did well getting those stretch covers,..i dont know where the store got mine from but its so strong that Foxy Molly wont damage it with her cat like nails.

As for the toys,..not mine,..honest ,..they were a previous dogs named 'Hodson',..she would steal them when ever she spotted one,..i had a flat years ago that was close to a big store and when she would pass the lane leading to the goods in,..she nipped in and nicked the first one she could get at,..another time she stole one from a child in a push chair i gave it back of course.

Lots of fireworks going off here for the past few days so Foxy Molly was in a nervous state,..going from room to room shaking and panting,..so i got one of my wollen hats to cover her ears and secured it with soft elastic,..it worked,..within half an hour she was so relaxed she fell asleep.

Why would there be fireworks going off in September ?

It seems easier for teenagers to purchase fireworks now when there is less scrutiny on fireworks being imported than compared to next month,..however there is a Lodge not far from here where weddings and parties take place and the events always have fireworks for adults :dunno:

Oh dear poor Foxy Molly but what a great idea Philip! It was probably a mix of the hat dulling the sound and having your scent to comfort her. Brilliant :dbgrtmb:...and she looks so cute too

I've had issues with Gmail today ,kept saying they were aware of it and were working to fix it...seems OK now.:)

Poor Foxy Molly ... but she does look cute in the wooly hat.
