Yes, it is very peaceful here.

The landscape around Nerja is very similar to here and we also see the fishermen fishing from the beach or the tops of the cliffs.

@Upsydaisy ,..thank you,..not too much to be seen though,..i seldom meet anyone on my walks as its either too early for others to be out and about or its cold and wet not forgetting the mists,..yesterday i met a woman with a small puppy and of course one will pass a remark on the weather,..cute little puppy named 'Sadie' and the woman 'Louise',..i was stunned into silence for a few seconds as i used to know a woman whose dog was 'Sadie' and the woman 'Linda'.

It was blowing a gale here all day,..so strong that one had to bend into the wind,..not a safe day to be out as slates and branches were falling down,..so no images captured today.

I might get away with the video below though its not to everyone's taste,..though as its coming near Christmas it might do.

On a visit to Leicestershire,..England,.. i decided to explore some 15 Century Churches.

Music is,.. 'Le Grande Sarabande',..by Handel,..5 mins and 21 secs.

Spooky! And good for Foxy Molly. Even here at 18c highs, our cats (Chere Khan and Hoover Van Dyson) are near-on hibernating. :heehee: :cat-kittyandsmiley::cat-kittyandsmiley:

@Victoria ,..i am always surprised at how clever cats are,..'Whisper' copies 'Foxy Molly',..when its time for me to go to bed i let 'Foxy Molly' out to do what ever is due,..'Whisper' sees this and heads out just as quick,..the two of them return at the same time,..its an ideal situation as neither one has ever soiled in the house.

Van (H Van D) won't come in until Munchkin (CK) comes in. He waits on the bench outside the kitchen door then when she arrives he is right behind her nose, almost up her bottom, pushing her through the cat flap! Summertime they stay out in the garden till 8-ish, but if she goes on a wander in the orchards he has been known to patiently wait on the bench till midnight!
He loves her, she hates him!

@Victoria ,..poor (H Van D) though perhaps she just puts on a show that she hates him,..when she really cares and he knows it,..complicated cats lol.

When 'Whisper' comes into the house Foxy Molly does that bum sniffing thing,..dangerous act with 'Whisper' she took a swipe at me last week dug her nails into the back of my hand,..if she is being petted and i look away,..then its a swipe?,..ungrateful cat.

The small island in the image below is named 'Charlie's Island',..he arrived from Covent Garden,..London,..purchased a boat,.. then after some time he tied her up on the right side of the island,..he lived on the island for years until he died,..he had hens on the island and to this day his rose bush still blooms as does his Tulips and Daffodils.

@Victoria ,..a persons eyesight could diminish during our long wet misty days and not be aware until the mist clears ,..i was told this year i needed glasses,.. i presumed they were wrong,..no such luck.

Ah yes longing for those clear sky days and some sun,..before one turns rusty.
