Hi Dave Your most welcome,It would look great framed and would grace any wall, :)I don,t think any Bridge camera would get the quality image that you have taken, they all tend to get Chromatic aberration and purple fringing at each end of the lens,I have a ND8 Filter which I use sometimes.:)

Ooohhhh! that is just gorgeous, Dave! :gnthb:

I love the brightness of the sun at the back, the shadows in the foreground and the texture of the snow on both the water and the ground.

I put them side by side on my screen to see the moody and the bright shots next to each other and do think that you must go back again in the spring and the summer...... Is that possible?

    Thanks so much for sharing.

    Thanks again K-G!
Yes I'll be trying for some shots through the different seasons. It's a fairly easy place to get to from our house, there's a nice circular walk along the river bank and then back across farmland. Takes about two hours at slow shamble with stops for photos.

Looking up to the village from near the river -

What a wonderful way to put it, Marley, it suits the photo so well. So I am just quoting Marley, Dave. :gnthb:
