just looked thru the whole thread.
    some trully excellent photos.

I simply must start to use my camera more and learn to download. I took some pretty good photos of the birds of prey at Shuttleworth in Bedfordshire but need to load thm into photobucket now.

(note to self: I need Himself to dedicate some time tome only :) so I can sort out this phtotbucket lark. Himself and I are like ships passing in the night most of the time because of his work but if he does not pay attention to me pretty soon, I shall go and fetch me a hunky fireman instead.:p )

First challenge met - Glen your Peregrines are marvellous. Not just one, but a triple decker peregrine whammy! Brownie points in abundance :D.

Also the reed warbler close up is nowt short of miraculous. Brilliant.

Thanks to folks who have been keeping the bird thread alive :) Shiney - those baby peacocks are fab! - and I agree it looks like a Sparrowhawk! Hope you still have 'said baby peacocks'!

Hi Capney, what a wonderful close up photo to start off with on this thread for you - I love your chaffinch pic. Lots more from you please!!!!

I'll update the front page list very soon - promise!

    Thanks everyone

    Kathx

Great pictures, Robert and Glen :thumb:.

Sometime in the future I may get a camera with a good zoom :( :)

This is a photo of one of the pheasants in our garden. He is about two years old and has never had a tail but it has just started growing :thumb: :D.

This is our tail-less male last year with his mate and little baby :)

We've watched his colouring gradually change throughout the year.
