Morning Rosa.Just got up,and thankyou for your Birthday wishes.
I have got up to balloons and banners which hubby has got up in the night and put up for me.
Just eating my brekkie in between doing this.
Will read the posts and then I will open cards and prezzies,now that hubby has risen.

Hi Rosa and everyone that knows me.
I have had a brilliant day out at Stratford Up On Avon and couldn't beleive how many people were there.I expect because it is school holiday time and was warm and sunny it brought the people out of their shells.
Had a look round the shops,then we hired a small boat for an hours pleasant float on the river.
We are now back home,but will have memory's of a great day out,that will stay with us for a long time.

I have been shopping most of the day got a frame for rosas picture, went to the �£1 store bought loads of things. Then went to visit my friend and ended up buying a lap top from her catalogue for �£500, log into computer section wrote it down as i asked pc medic for his opinion, happy with the answers. just sat down with a nice large glass of vino

Roders love the balloons and birthday wishes.I am officially 2 hours and 20 minutes into my 50th year as I was told that I was born at 7.30pm in the evening.I think I have got it right.

Rosa.Couldn't do the Jack and Rose bit from "Titanic" as I think we would have sunk the boat,though we did come to the rescue of 2 girls and a lad who had managed to get a plastic bag stuck round the propellor of their boat,so weren't going anywhere.Tried towing them back to the hire quay,but our boat wasn't powerful enough to tow them.We could only do 4 miles an hour.
Anyway a passing barge asked what the problem was and when we told them,they offered to tow them back,which helped them out.

I still cannot get out of the habit of helping people when they need help.
Still it ended well as they all got back ok and didn't lose their deposit.

Thanks Hornbeam.If I had one of those I would be eating it until it came out of my ears.

I happened to mention to friends that I loved chocolate,so they brought me one of those new fangled machines to make myself hot chocky drinks and milkshakes.

Along with my MP3 player I have been brought,I am going to have lots of fun.
