    Thanks Kaz - thankfully, my work have been brilliant with me; not an eyelid has been batted when I have rolled in half an hour late etc - as long as the work is done they are happy.

    Mrs C has promised me a good old back rub tonight, so hopefully that will help too.

    Think you need to listen to your own advice and take it easy - running! I doubt I could even run from the coppers nowadays :snork:

      8 weeks penned in these four walls!!!!! This life is for living, i spend all my working life with people that wish or dream they either could have or still could do some many things so i have decided i shall do as much Living as i can while i can, and when i go back to work i plan to tell them no more 18 hour days thanks i still love my job but i am no good to any one like i was ! AND BREATH ......................

        Ah, fair play to you then - I must admit, I have had a few people this last two days telling me that I should go home from work, but I just don't 'do' sick days, mainly because the thought of being home all day doing nothing drives me mad.
