Black cleopatra

I sent alice harris this thread link,she said "that happens" and she has one that gone completely dark.
Also she said this..
Spectacular when it blooms red and yellow .. not just all red as usual. I had it a long time ago. Now finally again, it sported from the var. cleo and has remained stable

 

tonight I was watering the plants (forgot to take some pictures ) and actually I was checking the dark part of the color of the cleopatra and the colors are different will post few pictures tmw , also the canna is actually forming seeds ....what I start to think is that actually is not cleopatra but could be a canna general eisenhower

 

as many garden are start to sell them in variety of names like , la france , gasper , black tropicanna e mayby black cleopatra .....
