    But my peach is starting to open the buds already.

    Pity the poor Tyke. My magnolias are just showing buds, which is nice 'cos they aren't dead. My Flowering cherry is a bit more advanced but not a lot. My fruit trees were all bought this year so I am a now great believer in the power of prayer at least as far as they are concerned. But in the frozen north WE ARE GETTING THERE.
