Bolognese Recipe?

    I have used venison mince which works quite well, also venison is relatively low in fat. I've also used cubed meat rather than mince.

      Thanks @shiney and @NigelJ . I'll go ahead and give lamb a try.

      I've never eaten Venison and assuming it's a strong flavoured meat am worried it may give me the same problems as beef.

      I find it a wee bit stronger flavoured than beef and it is also a tad more expensive (you might say, it is a bit deer...)
