Bournemouth Air Festival Saturday

According to the local paper there were 380,000 there on Saturday, 750,000 over the 4 days, I know the beach was jam packed, my step daughter was on the beach and said trying to take pics from there was very difficult, looking almost straight up at the sun plus the haze and smoke from the aircraft trails. I was on top of the cliffs, so had a more level view of some of them, the best view though seems to have been from the boats out in the bay, looking back towards the land, the wind was blowing the smoke trails in towards the shore, the boats had a fairly clear view. Alright for them with the money to spare for boats!!

If that had been taken Friday or Saturday you'd have me in shot, towards the left hand edge, on top of the cliffs, more or less level with the all white boat in the left foreground, the greyish smudge on the cliffs is the cliff lift track, I was a few yards left of that. By the look of the weather though I suspect it was Sunday. The boats probably had a better view most of the time.

Why can't I view any of Dorsetmike's pics.

It says the the user has exceeded the bandwidth.

 

I have pics up on 3 forums, looks like the picture hosting service put a limit on the number of views per month, never had any problems up to now, going to look for another host.

Sorted, pics are back, I've changed the account to a paid for one not free, $50 a year (about £29), the free one had a limit of 1Gb per month, now it's 100Gb

 

Mike, still says 'bandwidth exceeded'' maybe it is me that your photo site does not like. :-(

 

Your PC is probably accessing its cache rather than getting a refreshed version, try using "refresh" or <control> F5 to clear your cache see if that sorts it.
