        I just found a source here for refurbished breadmakers.:yes: I've ordered one the same style as those I have and another that apparently creates a 3 pound loaf. I'm curious about that larger one because it might come in handy when I'm making larger quantities of rolls/buns. :)

                      Only the once, was a bit of a brick :heehee: tasted nice though! If I make a sponge in the oven, I weigh the eggs and I think that was the problem plus it cooks for just over an hour..the bread machines recipe seemed off. Need to fiddle about with it I think :blue thumb:

                          Serve it with custard and call it ... pudding ;)

                            Ah thank you very much @"M" those recipes sound yummy! Apple and ginger cake is gonna have to be made asap and the honey and hazelnut.. or maybe coffee and pecan!! :biggrin:
