Brexit -am I stupid or what

Yep, they should have started this in earnest at the very beginning but I guarantee they'll find that £2bn disappears.

I understand the SNP have also tabled no confidence motions also and it doesn't matter if Corbyn's being pressured into it or not, it's still his name on the ticket.

All of which is of no interest to people and businesses - they need solid, practical answers and to know just what is happening and how.

 

How about Dominic Raab shuts his pie hole! If Mp's are serious about decent investment ('tis the season to be jolly...) then they should allocate a pile of cash and let the FSB come up with a strategy for small businesses. There are so many better options than letting an uninformed, unqualified MP decide what's best

 

Good evening @silu my friend I completely agree with you but on saying that it has happened on about 12 occasions in the last few years that in no way makes it acceptable in any way

There are so many prongs to today's events for me, it is worse than a fork..........

Did he say 'stupid woman' - yes, in my opinion he did. BUT, he muttered it under his breath; he did not say it out loud, nor did he actually say it directly to her to demean her. I have lost count of the times that I have muttered things under my breath - hell, watching that video of Corbyn, I muttered to myself 'stupid prick', because he is.

The behaviour in that chamber, almost without fail, is utterly appalling - even in that clip, all you can hear is them jeering and making useless noise for no reason like a bunch of overgrown schoolchildren; when you actively foster an atmosphere like that - as @wiseowl rightly points out thatwould be the 'cut and thrust of politics' aluded to earlier in the year - that sort of atmosphere breeds behaviour like this. You cannot simply choose which part of poor behaviour you pick up on, and let the rest get away with it.

Oh, and maybe he SHOULD have said it out loud, as clearly trading insults is the only thing that seems to get our politicians even remotely fired up nowadays.

I cannot believe we are sitting here, with all that is going on in the world, and our politicians are squabbling over who called who what and when. They should stop the childish behaviour, cast any insults to one side and get on with the job they are being paid to do.

Naah, pete, Politicians don't believe that they're getting paid, or voted in for, telling the truth. They think it's better to say, out loud, what they think the voters will like and believe. They never actually say out loud what they actually think or believe.
