Hi my bruggy mates, was out on my bike only tend to do my forums in a morning I have about 7 to look at,young daisy be patient the optimum temperature your aiming at is 20-21c you would be better with a small propagator to give you a constant temperature (put it on your christmas list), keep them moist, if you have them in pots cover the pot with a clear plastic cup or yoghurt pot of the appropriate size to make a
small bio-dome, if they don't work out try the rest in spring as Caj says,I will detour on my bike and drop you one off in spring if nothing happens, you will not fail. ;)

Yippee. I think I've only had my seeds about 4 weeks (Eric will know, I lose track of time) - but I've got a propagator and there's a baby pushing it's head through the compost. [IMG] :D 25 C nice and moist and bingo. Hope to hell it's not a dandelion.

Dee. You know me by now. When I say propagator what I mean is I stole Boss lady's hot water bottle and shoved it in an old sweater. The only problem is she has to get up twice a night to refresh the hot water, and she hates the 3 a.m. one, the house is freezing by then. Must get her some new bed socks. (Ed doesn't mind, he gets let out for a pee).

See ydd, I told you that walnut would sort it out.
Walnut, back to my original question, is it all right to pot -on the young plants now, or should I wait until Spring? [IMG]

    John,

You know she hasn't got any bed socks left, they unravelled and they were made into your gardening gloves [IMG]

Just thought I would pop a few photos on for some winter cheer, plants still throwing out flowers in the g/house and p/tunnel

    Brugmansia Arborea

    B.Xena
    [IMG]

    B.Super Spot

Xena and Super Spot are a lot deeper pink in summer, Arborea is one of the types of Brugmansia that has the smallest flower 6"-8" long it is however one of the nicest scents and the plant is a bit more tolerant of the cold.
