    :) This is my Brug. now several years old,but he has had a hard time this year what with wind and rain.............He is over eight feet tall,not so many blooms this year.

    That's a nice yellow Roders ,yes the wind has done a lot of damage this year many of my pots have been set halfway in the ground to stop them blowing over ,some have huge lumps of concrete on them but you still get huge pieces broken off.:(

    Im really jealous of you all having Flowers :yez: Mine have stood still, Froze in time..Zilch :help: Its Freezing here in geordieland, so im not expecting the buds to open, Sigh :( BUT if they do ill be made up :p

    Walnut there Amazing, :thumb: but watch out, this time next year and ill be posting pics of my Amazing brugs :luv: Dee..

    If you can keep the frost off them Young Daisy they will still make it,I am looking forwards to seeing yours:flwsml:

    :) This Brug is growing in Norfolk.............The Old Vicarage East Ruston......Not so far from me..........So why isn't mine the same:dh:

    Ive put my Brugs in the greenhouse, You never know, they might flower...:thumb:


    The Tallest is touching the roof, :)

    THEN, I can't believe it happened :( The top snapped off when i was going through the Ghouse Door.. I am devestated, It had Buds :mad: I grew it from seed, fed it, watered it, Talked to it, :dh: Im so mad with myself :mad: Sigh...Heres a pic Anyway..

    I also want that Brug at the Olld Vicarage ... mine is very :( at the moment trying to acclimatise itself into the ground which is red clay, although I've added peat and fertiliser and I'm watering it like crazy as there's not much of that coming from the skies ....

    Cutie, yours look beautiful and I'm amazed how well they have done from seed .... have faith ... looking forward to seeing the blooms. :luv:

    Still that IS gardening,you have to take success and dissapointments.

    Thanks LoL/Roders Im so Gutted, I took it in head first (the brugs, not mine) I think it must of got caught on the side of the not fully opened door, beause a Stupid Snail was was stopping it opening, I flippin kicked that snail Hard, straight over my neighbours fence hehe Shhh...Will it be Ok next Year [​IMG] The Brug, not the snail :)

    Oooo, ouch Daisy. I have five brugs from the seeds Walnut sent me, I know how attached one grows to things grown from seed... but I suppose it will be fine next year? May be the top could be used as a cutting? Walnut will tell!!
