    Sounds good Kath. We're going into Perth to the supermarket today so will try to get hold of some sweet tattie - we've got plenty of carrots and onions.

    Edit 4th Nov. -
    Made the soup today and it was delicious! Next time I do it I'll try as an experiment adding either a squeeze of tomato sauce or some of our dried toms as I found it to very like cream of tomato which I love.
