@Verdun Horticulture is very inspiring but also incredibly frustrating at times, today I found that my dwarf eupatorium has lost a branch due to the recent severe winds and felt so depressed. It's like a constant battle but I always come back to the thought that it's Mother Nature's way of teaching me patience and perseverance!

Tell me about it Nick but that’s gardening for you. Always something that pleases and another that disappoints.

Can you take a cutting of your eupatorium? It’s what I do in such circumstances....make a gain out of a loss!:noidea:

I expected some damage a couple of days ago because of the storm but nothing so that’s pleasing. But, my dog rolled into a salvia Guanajuato just coming into its best .....frustrating :noidea:

Mother Nature “teaching......patience .....”.? More like Mother Nature getting her way!

But you are right.....horticulture is inspiring :)
