Building work and Party Wall Agreements?

    On a property i am working on at the moment, some of what i thought was my roof space is my next door neighbors, i knocked a board off to find i was in looking into someones bedroom :lunapic 130165696578242 5:after checking the deeds he was in his right :scratch: anyhow i just fire boarded it and sealed it with fire resistant foam and made good my neighbors side, the only partition in brick is the chimney breast,

      At some things :)

      Only to tell them they had a hole in there wall that should have been sealed with fire board, i never checked to deeds 100% when i bought the house and wasn't a where they owned this roof space, its a house ive bought to sell on once ive renovated it.

          Did some work for the National Trust rebuilding an "18th century" bridge.

          Found Victorian engineering bricks in the foundations :th scifD36: :biggrin:
