    We have been watching the beautiful demoiselles around our pond the last few days. No signs yet of any dragonflies.

      Yesterday not the best weather for Dragonfly No.2 to appear but he’s there. No changes today they are waiting for it to warm up we reckon . Not the best photo he was in the middle of our pond .

            First Dragonfly of the season spotted. Couldn’t get a pic with the shimmer on the wings but it’s a beauty.

                Lucky you AuntyRach just got back in OH popped up the garden to check what’s happening and low and behold we have Dragonfly No3 hanging on . Ours are ‘The Southern Hawker ‘ ones . Up early in the morning to look if there’s any movement !
