        A rather tatty Painted Lady and two fresh Red Admirals in the garden today on Buddleia Jazz.

                        A rather faded Small Tortoiseshell on my aster, there was an abundance of them here last Autumn but not quite so many this year, not sure of the species of his aster but my neighbour's was covered in them! :dunno:

                              The two species absolutely dominating my garden ATM are Holly Blues (a phenomenal number compared to previous years here, last week there were over half a dozen in the back garden at the same time!) and Orange Tips. Both males and females seem to love sitting on my 'Bowles' Mauve' wallflower and it seems to make them docile for some reason, very peculiar! :dunno:
