              Nothing to worry about, the caterpillars feed on a few garden plants such as Fuchsias, Dahlias and Lavender but normally Willow herb and Bedstraw. Adults feed on Honeysuckle and similar flowers.

                  Good morning @Jenny namaste there has been a serious problem for a long time and they have been on the decline for a number of years,but there's time yet if you take a look at some old threads you will see that it was July that I started to see them here :smile:

                  I'm not seeing many honey bees, but more bumblebees than earlier.

                  I think the biggest problem with butterflies is the food plants for the caterpillars which are missing.
                  Flowers for the butterflies is helping but it's only part of the cycle.
