Calling anyone who remembers the 70's!

Sheppy - that was Polly, wasn't it? But I don't remember who she really was - thank goodness for that! I'm so glad I don't remember everything!!

 

I've done some research!! Originally Polly James played the character Beryl. Here's her photo, might jog your memory! She was in the programme for the first five series and was replaced by Elizabeth Estensen who played Carol. (and who I now know to be the lady in Emmerdale!)

All sorted now!! Yup! I remember Nerys Hughes' character's posh Mum - what a horror! And John Nettles as the wimpy boy-friend with the woolly hat!!
