Camera change

Hope you get your camera in time. If they have said they've despatched you should get it next week. I buy camera stuff from Hong Kong too. but a company called HKBNS. (Hong Kong buy and Sell. They sell through Ebay. They are very good and they are very quick, around 3 days!
We're going to Kenya also. Diani Sea resort then we're booking our safari when we get there.

Robajobs, we are off on the 28th, the day the Olympics start. We going to Tsavo East, Amboseli, Aberdares (Sweetwaters) Treetops, Lake Nakuru, Samburu and the Masai Mara, a long trip, 12 days, plus two days in Nairobi to wind down and visit the Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary.

Hi, we are going on the day after the games on Monday 13th of August. We were going from Manchester but the holiday company changed the flight to Gatwick. It will be busy, just hope there's no delay!!
If we get a good enough price we shall fly over to the mara if it's too expensive then Tsavo East and Amboseli.

 

You fly out as we fly in, I hope neither of us have any delays!

My fears about the company I ordered my camera from were unecessary as it arrived today. I feel sorry for the ones who have been let down.

 

Well, thanks goodness for that. I've been checking back here waiting for the news that you have the camera. So, worries over now you can familiarise yourself with it. Most shots will be in the point and shoot mode I guess.
I'm sure you will get back to us with some nice photos. Look forward to it.

Thanks, fortunately (for me) there is a very good youtube series of tutorials slowly going through all the settings and modes.
Now I need to practice.

Yorkshire airways have a great reputation, I doubt we'll be delayed.

 

The crop spraying may slow you down a bit.
