You might find that Otelo draw the matter out over some months (you'll probably get a booklet entitled "Two sides to a story"!) but if you think you have a strong case (and it sounds as if you have)do persist with your complaint, after all �£60 - which is what I was awarded as a credit on my Tiscali account - can buy quite a few plants from the Garden Centre.

 

nice one jack, by tommorow i will be well on the way back to bt, back to normal so to speak, as yet not heard from otelo.

 

thought i would let you all know getting changed over to bt next friday 29th as i speak the other half is at the bank cancelling tiscali.
Had an e-mail from otelo saying they are looking into the best way to assist me they will get back to me within 10 days.
