Not if you don't have Breakfast until 16:00 :)

I think the concept of the mornigng fasting is to have 16 hours between last meal and first meal of the next day

    My 'normal' day is:-
    4 mugs of warm water anytime between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. (Usually between 6 and 7 a.m.)
Breakfast around 9.30 - a mango and some porridge.
Lunch anytime between 12.30 and 3 p.m. depending on whether I've been out shopping or to a morning meeting.
Dinner anytime between 7.30 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. depending on whether I'm out in the evening.
    I usually have some fruit and a cuppa about 1.30 - 2.00 a.m.
Occasional cups of tea during the day and 500ml water whilst out in the evening.

I'm sure that's not the case! You must have a similar wardrobe to mine - you put clothes in it and they shrink!!!!! :heehee:

Today I bought myself a pair of jeans from the charity shop. For years now I've been in a 36 inch waist, but they are all too baggy now. Like being a kid wearing your dad's hand-me-downs. So I looked for some 34s. Couldn't find any. Then a few days ago I realised that the jeans I'd pulled out of the cupboard (typical bloke, just grabbed the first pair I laid hands on), were a 34 and they were too slack too.

So today I took a chance. I bought a pair from the charity shop that had a 32 inch waist and guess what, they fit:)

Still got some belly to shake off but I'm well pleased all the same.

How much weight have you lost then?
You've only been dieting / eating differently for a short while I think,

Now you're size 32 you will be able to keep that size
I'm size 32 and it's hard to find jeans at that size, so i'm running from shop to shop to find any, ask in lots of shops,"do you have any size 32" ,no, is that because there are not many people size 32 or there is lots of people size 32 and you haven't got any :whistle:

Round here it is 34 that's hard to find. There are quite a lot of 32s, then very little until you get up to 38. I have a theory on this. Few people buy 34s new, because they are mostly 36 and up. However people's mams buy their grown up sons jeans with a 32 inch waist for christmas and birthdays, and of course they don't fit, so they end up in the charity shop almost brand new. Or then there's those that kid themselves that they still fit a 32, buy some, they don't fit so they end up in the charity shop again. A third theory is that us blokes sort out or clothes cupboards about once per decade. A lot changes in a decade, and loads of jeans that fitted fine when bought a decade ago, no longer fit, so once again, its off to the charity shop with them.
