I don't think it is either but then I have no experience of it (thankfully) so can't be 100%

All the seed grown ones look fine and healthy bar the odd holes from slugs & caterpillars.
But I was comparing it to this page

If they have virus I need to bin them because I've ordered some new cannas from urban jungle and don't want them infected too

 

What are they growing in (growing medium and pot size)?

I was afflicted a few years ago - it started like that, but it progressed very quickly, so if yours is stable it could be nutrient deficiency. They are pretty greedy plants. Also, the fact that your others appear unaffected is good news, as the Canna Yellow Mosaic Virus spreads quickly to surrounding plants.

 

This is my 1st year growing a number of cannas. They are both growing in pots (morrisons x flower pots) in multi purpose compost
They are fed a least every week with 1/2 strength phostrogen.
Will have a closer look at the closest cannas to where the pots were.
The other thing is that I think that they look straggly compared to the others.

So you potted them up after buying? Probable that the tubers are stunted as a result of being forced to bloom for sale, at the expense of building a good strong tuber (which obviously will not be so appealing on the sale bench). It makes sense to be cautious though.

ps; I'm no expert, but just speaking from bitter experience.

 

Yes been potted up, into I would guess pot 7.5l (the one morrisons sell there bouquet flowers in)

Going off a tangent , earlier this year I was mulling over why I had limited success in overwintering my Cannas last winter, granted the long winter didn't help but although I allowed my Cannas to die back naturally last autumn/winter in their pots (after pulling them under cover before the first frost) I had very few re-shoot this year. On closer inspection the compost in the pots was, I think, too damp and they had rotted off, so as they have grown this year I have resisted temptation to continually re-pot, giving them as much room as possible.

This time the largest pots any of them have gone in is the Morrison's flower buckets and some of the smaller varieties are in smaller pots. They have all been fed the same as I usually do and I'm happy with the results, if anything keeping them a little more restrained has improved flowering and they all look incredibly healthy, granted one or two may have grown taller had they had more root space, however the important factor is the compost in the pots dries out quite quickly between waterings being full of roots so I'm hoping I can get them into dormancy in much drier conditions this time

Only time will tell, so fingers crossed

 

I did the same mistake last year with the canna altensteinii you gave me and Pete's cleopatra last year that were in a pots too.
This year I think I'm going to take them out of the pots and store them in boxes in dry sand.
I've brought 2 more cannas from urban jungle yesterday too, so hopefully I'll get them through!

 

I actually dont think they look that bad seen as they havnt been potted on(previously).I bought a small one but put it in a big pot and it did thrive so maybe its because thay have been neglected,if it was me id give them a foliar feed(seaweed,nowt to loose we still got some warmish weather before the frosts ) and keep in the greenhouse..see if they colour up a bit x

Looking at the new leaves at the bottom coming through your doing something right then,they look healthy and dark reet chunky them plants are,i think they could be ok
