HUGE Leaves i like huge i didnt realise they were that size x

 

I love Paulownias, I have a young one that I grew from seed, it'll be overwintered with protection this winter and then planted out next spring I've grown them in the past and as Kristen says, best left for a year or two before stooling and then with a generous feed of chicken manure pellets they can get up to 12ft in a single year with huge leaves

 

Yeah, pawlonias are great fun, i love mine. It doesn't get any chicken pellets, though.

Ive collected lots of seeds from the new zealand aswellx

 

I've got several coming in to flower again and some just starting to throw up second and third flower buds. So long as the frosts stay away for a while I should get another good display in a week or so

In addition to the flowers its also a bumper year for seed

 

Im going to germinate as many as i can next yr i reckon if ive got the seeds i can double it to make it 130 next yr
I need some room on window ledges for all the brugmansia cuttings aswell

I agree and ive just realised i will have rhizomes from this yr crop
190 in the garden might be too muchx

I'm not seeing the problem?? Well ... you have to move to somewhere with a larger garden, but other than that what's the problem?
