I didn't know that. 3x allotments is a serious commitment, well done you :)

They aren't some YUPPIE pocket handkerchief affairs I trust? Proper 10-rod jobbies?

Durban has it's first flower open today!! It appears to be virused so it will be disposed of but I thought I might as well wait for it to flower as it is a beauty.

I've just had an email from Jungle Seeds listing their autumn rhizomes:

                http://www.jungleseeds.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d68.html

You'll need to give them space somewhere frost free with light (for me that means indoors):

                Downer:gaah:

I had to bin all mine a few years ago for the same reason. I've only really started again since I moved.

I can finally join in now!

Many thanks to Joolz for the seed - the labels got muddled so not too sure which one this is...................

                  Anyway, it's a gem!

Grown big too, especially as the seed was sown at the end of February!

As you can see, I bought it into the house on Sunday to bloom as the space was needed in the greenhouse for my Cantua.

Got one heck of a tuber to it too! There are a total of eight shoots in this pot.
