    Err! Guys. These have been a feature of the planting prog. where I work. I intend to "win" them. They will be bare-rooted. Can I over-winter them in a greenhouse:scratch:

    I overwinter mine in the unheated Greenhouse caj, it go's under the staging, then forgot about untill march/april..

    Bare rooted Caj, just dry off a bit and store in barely moist peat, in very cool but above freezing temps.

    Just a quick warning, Hart Canna were one of the big suppliers in the UK who ignored and dumped thousands of virussed cannas onto the market - I would not touch them with a bargepole.

    For guaranteed virus free plants check out phoenix nurseries in evesham (they do mail order too)
