Carrots - how long dare I leave them?

    I realise I am too late as they have been eaten, and as someone said they are a type not meant to grow large, but with the maincrop you can just leave them in the ground to overwinter and dig as you need them, but they are at high risk from being eaten by mice.

      I love my dogs really, just seem to have an ever expanding "pack" :cry3:
