    Hi Geoff, just came back to this thread. I didn't say, " starve your cat", I said "don't overfeed it". If it leaves food in the bowl, you've overfed it. Cats are wild animals, not "pets". If they don't like the way you behave towards them, they'll go elsewhere. Mycats have always been affectionate, when it suits them. I've never had one that has left. I even get them "chipped" so someone can always find a way toget them home.

    I put up an electric rabbit fence, I think that would deter cats. I certainly hope that it will deter that damned dog from next door.
