Glad I could be of help sweetie even more glad that the sonic deviced has worked well for you.;) It's really funny seeing the cats cross over the road for fear of the device it had me and Bob in stitches the first time we saw it in action!:D

When you are plagued by little critters it's worth while to try the cheapest things first and then work your way up to the more expensive stuff.Hel.xxx.

8 foot high fencing all round, with a strand of razor wire on the inside, a tad down from the top. Makes it very difficult for them to get out, and a top of the range pump action water pistol. He He He. They don't come back. Plus get to like lillies. The pollen is extremely toxic to cats. Whatever else you do, don't google google images for cat-carrier.

I just wish people who had cats were more responsilbe owners. I have three and a fencing system that confines them to my garden, keeps them safe and away from the road and they are not anoying anyone else. But if anybody has a solution to the badger that keeps digging great big holes in my garden I would be pleased to hear it.

thanks everyone for your suggestions i will get a cat scarer i think,i would love a dog but we do love to go away spur of the moment ,and its not possible with that sort of responsibility .
as anakat says if you have a pet you must be responsible be it fur or feather, still thats a debate that will run and run.
