Cheddar Gorge

I went last year, and it was amazing. We went into a cafe and had a pot of tea and scones, yeah, the usual visitors stuff. There is in my opinion too much commercialism, but that happens everywhere. Tried to lose OH in the caves, but the silly treetree found his way out! . Would like to visit it again, OH finding it difficult to get around as much as did, since having his bypass op.

 

Ive been there quite a few times, always love the ride up and down the mountains. I agree with liliana it has got too comercialised, but those scones, clotted cram and a cuppa cha are lovely.
