    I forgot to add that it is easy to get the seeds to stick to the paper if they are tomato seeds because the runny pulp around the seeds acts like wallpaper paste. With chilli seeds it is more difficult. you can dampen a spot on the paper first and put the seed on that or, if you are doing tomato seeds at the same time, use some tomato pulp. That is the clear runny pulp around the seeds.
