    Surely you just use a F to C conversion chart, the timing remains the same.
    I've got one hanging on the wall in my kitchen.

    400F = 200C gas mark 6.

      At the higher temperatures used in oven cooking , to convert °F to °C just divide by 2, it's a good approximation. I accept no responsibility though, if your food comes out like a burnt offering.:smile:

        My Air Fryer doesn't use Gas, pete:dunno::heehee: No, what I should have said is that most Recipe books use 400f as their prime cooking temperature
        I think I should have said that the Air Fryer Recipe books should quote both temperature scales rather than having get a temperature chart.

        I can't find a Gas Mark 6 on the Ninja Max, pete:scratch::doh::heehee:

            Have not got to the end of the thread because got involved, distracted, but have been an owner of 3 Delongi Roto Fryers and the first two were very good they use half the oil and rotate as in the name Roto really only ever used them for fresh chips. Stated is was easy clean..I do not think that is possible unless you remove the oil after every use and clean it after your all full and contented and hey....nice chips but now gotta clean the beast...so a big no it only got cleaned when the oil needed changing..would take me half a morning being fussy...when getting beyond a good clean,several years of use, no complaints there.
            Well I ordered a new one a couple of years ago and there actually was two similar models at the time, trust me I went for the cheaper one.
            Found that it looked the same as the last one but it caused splashing and splattering..Potates were bought as chip pots but seemed to be a tad soggy..yuk..blame the spuds time but no tried many pots and some better than others but still not really up to a food called a chip...Empty oil out clean out and store away, put up with oven chips, which having tried many now we can enjoy just do not overcook..crisps...I got it out a few weeks ago because Husband said oooo donuts.
            Made them put them in the roto fryer..came out like cannon balls..made up more mixture and fried then in oil in a saucepan...success...perfection...win win

              but nobody mentioned it to me I just saw it and that was me hooked re.ancestry...Husband shows no interest in it...but that is because the New Zealand gold diggers in the town of Coromandel were family members that made good there and have names of roads after them..The gold must have not been shared along the line because Husband's Gt Grandfather lived in a workhouse in the East End of London with 9 surviving children.

                              Both sides of my Family researched deeply into our ancestors, Diane, but, for some reason, I'm possibly more interested the recent past. My Father and Brother rest on the banks of the River Derwent at St Anne's Church in Baslow because of our strong family connection with Derbyshire.
                              The Church was started in 1375 and contains a fairly large number of my ancestors in the Churchyard from that date of which some of the names differ in lettering due to the fact that most folk, (even the Church Warden), were illiterate and so names were spelt differently.:dunno:
                              My Wife used to love visiting the old Churchyards as she would look at me and say "I wonder what they were like and how happy they were?" and she said that she would like people to see what she looked like by having a picture of her on our Headstone and I have kept the promise that I would, just as I made sure that all members of my family, now and in the future, will find the Headstones/Markers of my Father and Brother by getting a local Derbyshire Stone Engraver to make them. Our family history is so strong in Baslow that I wasn't charged by the Church for resting my Father and Brother where they are and they are now in the Church records along with the rest of our Ancestors, so History and Ancestors are recognised still in some places.
