An update, Chloe is really Cleo, she is 13 years old and went missing last Monday. Our local shop had a missing cat notice, which was passed to OH. She phoned the owners to see if they had her back yet. The owners had moved from one part of Cwmbran to another without changing the registered address. Cleo has a sister. Both cats were obtained by the adopted parents from a local animal sanctuary. Parents and cat should be reunited tonight. The RSPCA are investigaing the " abduction " as we speak.
