Cineraria?

Cineraria silver dust is made out of steel , I`ve got a pot of them outside my house I`ve never watered them or care about them and they are still there flowering every years .
Evergreen plant , (well more of eversilver) , give sunny position and good drainage.
even if I have to admit they they growing much bigger in half shade.
