      There you go, Woo :) Quite a few of them have finished flowering now, so if I get around to practising what I preach, I'll trim them over and perhaps get a second flush of flowers later. Did you know that they're allelopathic? They exude chemicals to suppress other plants' growth.....ideal ground cover :phew:

        Our Cistus don't start flowering until late May through to late July.

        This one starts in late May (well, it used to but suddenly died last year :sad:)

        This one (a variegated version) doesn't usually start until mid June. There's just a tiny sign of buds forming.

          The climate here seems to be getting more 'Mediterranean' (with added frost ) insofar as everything bursting into flower together in April and May. Thank goodness for roses, lagerstroemias and hibiscus! :biggrin:
