Cleaning awkward windows - suggestions please?

I've no idea - knowing her, probably! What I do know is, that for the sake of 3 windows, I'm slowly losing the will to live - and they're not even my windows

 

Before I retired I examined claims for maintenance charges for substantial leasehold flats developments, and they were full of errors & overcharges.

 

I once saw a gadget that consisted of 2 parts .... worked with a strong magnet, and the gadgets looked like car window ice scrapers

one is placed on the outside window, and the other is placed on the inside .... when you move the inside one, the outside one moved in sync due to the magnet

not sure how effective it is, and think I saw it advertised in a betterware catalogue
