Clematis all budding

    I will a) try to take pictures later on this season and b)try and master the art of downloading them onto the GC clematis thread!

    I have bought and killed many, many clematis over the years but my best ones are Lasurstern, Marie Boisselot, C. durandii and Comtesse de Bouchard. (Except that one is planted over a pink rose and they clash - but it's not the clematis's fault) It's probably no coincidence that they're the best established ones. I have some others like Julia Correvon and C jackmanii that are also nice, and lots more that need to put on a bit of weight before they get really good. If they live.
