@RowlandsCastle We have this lily growing at the edge of our pond. This year it is magnificent in the number of flowers. However when I try to take a photo it always looks rubbish, so glad that you have managed a good one.

 

@On the Levels
I have to admit that this, and the Rosy Garlic, were not in my garden. A neighbour has them, and didn't mind me taking photos.
Only one of the lilies was decent. Yes, they are hard to photograph well.

 

A white rose. So nice to get an almost still day, so flowers aren't blowing around!!
