Close-ups of flowers

Ours has spread far too much. We removed one patch to put hydrangea in, but it just keeps appearing.
We removed a large bed of them in the winter, but it returned with a vengeance. We must try harder this winter. I won't leave it to my wife. I'll get the pickaxe out!!

I love the blue of the cornflower. Sadly, the wind and rain we’ve had lately has nigh on destroyed them.
