    Oh obviously we are in the festive season @ARMANDII .....yoohoo hoo and all that:). No I flaming didn't! I waddled out of the restaurant all the time wondering if I was going to cause someone a serious injury as I was convinced the top button of my trousers was going to "lift off" under the immense strain.

          Last time I went to Florida, 2011 I put on 2 stone in 2 weeks!! The portions are ridiculous but the food is so damn good! Going again in May and I can't weight ;)

                        We get christmas carolers in our area every now and then . Are you supposed to stand there gawping at them while they sing you a carol ? I just give them a donation and go back inside to the warmth !

                          We don't have carollers here, nor in my previous home, but the one before that it would begin on December 1st and last until Christmas Eve.
                          I really freaked out one group because, instead of doing a "HarryS" ( :heehee: ) I leaned against the door frame, smiled and ... waited. I encouraged them to sing and the look of panic on their faces :oops:
                          Well, you can guess what they came up with :doh::-

                          "We wish you a Merry Christmas
                          We wish you a Merry Christmas
                          We wish you a Merry Christmas
                          And a Happy New Year"

                          Hardly Christmas Carols! :roflol:

                          Don't even know if they still sing/teach them in schools anymore? :scratch: :dunno:

                            Christmas carollers are usually from a Church rather than "school". Or I guess some organization that fosters social achievements, like the Boy Scouts. Most Carollers go to nursing homes, or hospitals. I guess in a dense neighborhood they would walk around.
