    If you hoe them off at the two leaf stage they wont regrow.

      A lawn mower easily sorts them out in a lawn. I've carefully strimmed amongst some beds, chopping off the seed leaves, the stalk left behind won't re-sprout.

        Definitely sycamore seeds, they also root into decking and shed roof's, they get everywhere.
