Compost Tumblers - Are they any good?

    I take it you had one of the vertical type of tumblers, I imagine they would be difficult to turn like that as all the weight is sitting in one end of the bin.

    I'm hoping to make a homemade one where the bin is spun lengthways rather than it's width. Like this one (but with a stronger stand).

      some great ideas I like the blue one ...pram wheels spring to mind ..probably got some somewhere ..the problem with sheds......................
