Who/what are lifeline?
Have your neighbours complained to the police about you?
The usual advice would be to keep a diary of events/incidents filled in with the time, location and details as soon as possible after the event/incident. These days maybe record conversations on your phone (not sure exactly on the legality of that though)

 

lifeline is a careline company who we deal with , we have got door sensor , gps alarm , fall det,
no complaint from them ,
we are with local council and yes trying to move we have filled in diarys of what the neighbours have and are doing ,
the police think its our mental state but after talking to them again today i said well if something does happen to me then you will know i was telling the truth ,, somehow i need to get proof of what they are doing and who is involved ..
