Corona Virus Treatment

Our 'lockdown' has been extended to the 17th and we are not allowed to travel outside our home county unless it is an emergency between the 9th and 14th but don't know how they will enforce that!

 

I'm guessing ours will be extended, lets face it, I think its only just beginning to hit, which is why everyone is getting edgy and starting to get fed up and moving around more.

Until you see it happening in your area you can't help wondering what all the fuss is about, I mean when you hear the total number of people who are known to have the virus in a country of 60 odd million it does seem a pretty small percentage.

 

For me, the beeb have justified the licence fee:

I looked at the "pretty small percentage" posted online for my county and calculated that out of the checkout staff, security staff, customer services and shoppers, etc. in my nearest Tesco superstore, one person in there at any time during shopping hours would have Coronovirus.

And that doesn't include all the shelf stackers who've been handling stuff overnight, or cleaners, or shoppers bringing their children with them, and whilst that may be unavoidable for some parents, I just wish they'd stop them from running around into other shoppers, and continually touching stuff on the shelves [1].

Well. I'm not sure its the supermarket checkout staff, shoppers etc. that appear to be catching it.

I've not been out in the street since Monday, so I wouldn't know that there are more people moving about.
But I'm really feeling for people who have no gardens, if I was in that position I can tell you now, I would be out there, yes taking some precautions, but they are even talking about letting prisoners out of prison, but expecting the public to be banged up inside.
Its getting silly and if it goes on I forsee riots in a few weeks.

 

Yes, I agree, we keep getting stats, but what are they based on, testing? no, because they aint testing anyone unless they have got it.
