We keep getting this suggestion that if you have had the virus you might still be able to get it again.
Am I smelling a rat?
They dont want people going around as normal, just because they have had it?

Not a scientist, but to me if you can catch it twice then surely a vaccine will not work????

 

Well, tempting providence but I've never had a flu jab and I've never had the flu.
I do drink alcohol every day though, so Trump might be onto something.

 

A lovely, sunny day and the neighbours had their mates over. I'm risking my national identity by quoting a Swedish teenager but here it goes. HOW DARE YOU?

There are about 70 million of us on this small island, it's a team effort to do what we are expected to do- stay home and not to meet people. I fully understand situations where for example you have to have your parents over to preserve your (or their) mental health, and these situations may not be visible outwards so I may be judging wrongly.

But please please, if it's not essential, let's just stay at home. If we increase contacts now, the curve will not flatten, and we'll be in this for a long, long time.

On a positive note, we have just saved some Christmas card money. 102 is off the list
