Ey it's a right old game innit this 'ere mask business ...I've been wearing a mask for shopping for several weeks now in practice for what was to come and at first (yes dramatic as it sounds) I felt I was hyperventilating but I've sort of got used to it now and if I feel myself 'going off on one' I talk myself into thinking this has got to be better than a mask in ICU...
Ey but there are pluses to this mask caper.. anyone you come across that really annoys you you can mouth some brilliant swearwords and they don't know you have..BUT make sure you tell your eyes what your're thinking otherwise it's a dead give away...

 

When I picked my TV up at Currys yesterday there was a bloke on the door making sure everyone wore a mask.
As I came out he was having a go at someone going in saying its the law and everyone had to wear a mask.

Couldn't stop myself. just had to say, yeah, everyone except you.
His reply was I don't have to.

So I have to wear a mask to stop me passing on any virus to him, but he doesn't have to to stop him passing it to me, because, as we all know...............

The mask is not to protect you it is to protect others, and if you dont wear one you are endangering the life of other people.

 

The way I see it Pete is there are some hateful selfish good for nothings that don't give a flying fig about others,those type we shall never change no matter what..what ever you feel is right for you do it..burger the rest.

I'm just trying to point out the whole stupidity of the reasoning behind it all.
I mean, what have we been doing for the last 4 months.

 

When Mrs Scrungee visited Sainsburys for the first time since lockdown and on the first day of compulsory face coverings, there was somebody vaping outside the entrance doors, plus obstructing the whole one way system. When she complained to a member of staff, she was told that the offender was also a member of staff and simply shrugged their shoulders.

Make up some large flash/cue cards with appropriate messages on.

 

Changing the subject slightly I saw two people in a car yesterday at the lights, they were both vaping and no windows open.
It looked like a sauna inside and how they saw where they were going is a mystery.

 

How about supermarkets having a 'non face mask hour'?

Then all the objectors to wearing masks in shops can go and mingle with like minded folk and their children.

And everybody else can visit at different times.

 

Bloody good idea.

Although it might be a bit busy at that time.

I have come to the conclusion. Sainsburys have little concern about people or prices.

 

Vaping. I was behind a car and clouds of whatever were pouring out of the window. Time this habit was banned in cars. Surely the vapour can affect the visibility.

Give it a while. No doubt a new lung infection will come to lite. Chemically induced rotting of the bronchii.

 

I see that there are 4 new cases in Vietnam - a country that has reported only 400 cases, no deaths and has been virus free for 3 months. I'm afraid to say a second wave in the UK is going to be inevitable. Stay sharp everyone - Boris want's the economy to open up - it's still no safe out there.
