Can you get it twice, I'm willing to bet you can.
Is it normal to get it twice, I'm thinking no.
But for how long could be the issue.

But it suits the powers that be to pronounce you can get it twice as it stops those that have had it from carrying on normal lives.
Really cant see how it can work any other way, bearing in mind I'm seeing adverts on the TV asking for people who have had the virus to donate blood so they can use the plasma to treat poorly covid patients.

We are fed the info they want to give us, and one day the whole truth might come out, but I'm sure to be in a warm place by then.

Apologies. I do hope that things improve for them both.

Thanks, We chose to move away from England but the kids are old enough now at 51 yrs:yes: and our daughter purchased a Holiday Home here also about 45mins away the year before we moved here.
She came over earlier in the year but because of the covid 19 we decided it best not to be with them, the 2nd Holiday in July had to be cancelled for the covid 19 also. But she'll be over again when possible so we all except that is the way it is.
I do realise she follows us.:).We moved to Bexhill on Sea and 2 years later she moved to Bexhill as well and when we talked about our plans over the years, guess she thought yes that's a good idea a holiday home in France:cool:. She is a great kid and if I had half of her guts then I would be happy with that.

It looks like our friends in England have stepped up to the mark and are helping us spread the virus even more quickly. Some of them are so eager to help - they have travelled all the way up from London. A third wave and collapse of the Welsh NHS is almost certain thanks to their unwavering support. You see, the people of the UK can all pull together towards a common goal - we've done it before - it's called the Blitz spirit.

Police are turning away visitors to the Brecon Beacons from as far away as London.

Wales is on alert level four so people must not travel into or out of the country and can only leave home for essential reasons.

On Monday and Tuesday, cars filled a car park below Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in southern Britain.

An intensive care consultant said the scenes were "very disappointing" as hospitals were under pressure.

In fairness, I think it is just folks wanting to get out - a combination of being stuck indoors, stir crazy for a chunk of the year and being off work on Christmas holidays, and the scaremongering about Tier 5 going on in the press (with nobody actually knowing what this Tier 5 will entail).

We decided to deviate from our 'usual' park to walk the dog today (it was a bleedin' mudbath yesterday, so we were looking for somewhere with better drainage and more trees) and drove to Virginia Water. We didn't stop as the place was heaving. The roads were quite busy too.

Mind you, looks like there's some fierce competition from the Scots:

It will be interesting to see what the plans are for the New Year - especially whether there will be a curfew on 31/12/20.
It is going to be the most sad and sober start to a New Year that we have had since WW2,
                    January will be very hard...

@clanless those figures relate to the rise in numbers in the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas. We've had very few cases here in the Highlands, probably because the population spread is more open.

Which is why I made a point some time ago about stats etc being quoted and being taken in the wrong context, and making assumptions that generalise examples which leads to wrong conclusions.

On the 28th, "Michael Gove refused to rule out the whole of England being plunged into Tier 4, in a bid to stop the mutant coronavirus strain ".

If everywhere is Tier 4, wont that facilitate travel? (that's currently not permitted between different tiers)
