OK, so if they are not going to get bad symptoms then there is no issue surely? Who would they be catching it from?

As I keep saying, lots of goal post moving going on.
First it was protect the NHS, remember that one?

Its now moved on to how many new cases, we dont even count deaths anymore, or atleast dont report them on the media.
Its about stopping the spread so as to stop mutations?

I'm sure they will find other reasons to keep the restrictions going, unfortunately the one restriction they should be using, ie. foreign travel, is the one that is leaking like a sieve.:wallbanging:

I finally got to book my first jab- the earliest date available- April 30th. And the booking portal automatically booked the second one for August 20th. :doh:The manufacturer says to have the second one within 28 days at the most but our PM has decided he knows better. And to accommodate his failure to get vaccines, this is what we should be happy to get.

The inward and outward flights have reduced dramatically. When MrsH and I are sitting out, we like to look at the flights going over our house on the "Flightradar24" app. Amazing app tracking all flights. We wonder who and why are big planes going to New York, Toronto, Cincinnati, Chicago? For the last 6 months I have not been further than the petrol station!

Each other! Let's face it the Royals have a massive entourage of valets, butlers, dressers, cooks, cleaners, chauffeurs, etc who they will come into close contact with.

Well yes reduced dramatically from what, when, more movements now than last year, lots are cargo I know, but lots take cargo and passengers.
Surge testing in parts of London this week trying to track down a strain brought in from India I believe.

Now that 99% of the population that are likely to have a bad reaction to Covid have been immunised maybe we should all go out and spread the bloody virus so we all get antibodies, one way or another.:biggrin:

By the 20th of August I'm hoping they have a revised version of the vaccine that takes into account all the new variants, because by then the winter will be just around the corner.

Official UK Coronavirus Dashboard - 29.3 people per 100,000 is the current rate of infection in England, according to government statistics. 0.0293% - and that is ignoring the fact that they are in close contact with all of those people every single day. I'd lay money that all of those staff are being forced to test every couple of days as well.

This is verging on the ridiculous now. If we are to stop everything where there is a risk of 0.03% then we may as well give up now.
